It is important your equipment is up and running. Therefore how support in the field is setup, is very important in the decision to select equipment.

All equipment built by us that has a PLC or PC integrated allows for remote support over a teamviewer or other VPN connection. This allows us to diagnose the machines in case of an issue, and even provide software upgrades without having to visit your site in person. The machines also keep logfiles for us to verify how the machines was used and what errors occured over time.

Experience has shown that we can resolve over 95% of issues encountered, by this remote support. That saves a lot of time and money. And guarantees you a smooth production process.

In the rare case the remote support does not bring the solution, one of our highly knowlegable engineers will be sent out to fix your issues on site.
